What counts as an issuance?

A single call to agent_creds.issue() — one short-lived credential bound to one execution environment. An agent that re-issues every 5 minutes during a 2-hour job counts as 24 issuances. The credential TTL doesn't affect the count.

What happens if I exceed my limit?

Issuance requests above your plan's monthly cap are gracefully rejected with a clear error — your agents won't silently fail. We'll notify you well before you hit the ceiling so you can upgrade or spread load.

Can I start on Free and upgrade later?

Yes. Your credentials, projects, and audit history carry over when you upgrade. There's no migration step and no downtime. Upgrade takes effect immediately from the next billing cycle.
